Rather than inundate you with more information on the market, interest rates and the state of the economy, I've decided to share something more personal.
I'm sharing with you a practice that has changed my entire life. So much so, that I do this every single day. Because I don't feel completely myself if I don't.
The Pyramid Breath Method isn’t just your regular Breathwork technique. Johann calls it BreathPlay for a reason. Johann (@urbjohann), his wife Rachel Pringle (@positivepringle) and I have been practicing this together for years and our lives are so much richer as a result.
It's a practice that has allowed me to let go of old patterns, limiting beliefs and emotions that are not serving me and create a beautiful elevated emotional state that carries me through my day. While some of this may seem "woo woo," this stuff really works and my life is a testament to it!
The benefits of this practice are too many to write. Though, I'll list a few:

Each morning, we sit and share our intention for the practice; what it is we are calling into our experience. You can do this solo as well, as I often do. We share a ritual, including sage burning. And then we sit comfortably and dive into this practice.

After the breathing, we do about 15 minutes of meditation to one of Johann's playlists. Because we have released so much energy and our blood is super oxygen rich, our body feels fully alive. I personally use the meditation to embody the emotion that I am looking to create in my life. You can choose whatever it is you are looking to create for yourself. And once you're clear, you wrap your entire being in this emotion and bathe yourself in it. You live in this elevated emotional state and as science teaches, what you are actually doing is creating new neural pathways within your brain.
With consistent practice, you are rewiring your mind and creating deeper grooves until you can access these elevated emotional states with ease. Our mind does not know the difference between what is happening "out there" in reality vs inside our "internal reality." And this is where the magic lies. Once you can harness these emotions, you can begin to become the conscious author of the story of your life.
